Summer vacation a time for rest and fun while minding scripture
In a few days, summer vacation started. There wasn’t enough money to spend going abroad, and Maui or Disneyland were way out of budget. Staying in Texas wasn’t so bad. One was to rest during vacation, but there was no harm in having fun too while minding the scripture. There were actually some great places one could’ve visited. Below were some of the popular tourist attractions in Texas.
Genesis 2:2-4 (KJV) said:
2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens.
